Pretty obvious manipulation.
Any attempts at a breakout is immediately shorted down, then held at that level with fake sell orders.
Once the shipments start there will be no choice but to respect the fundamentals, look for the shorts closing then causing a rally above previous highs.
It’s pretty standard practice across the industry - unfortunately it’s painful now, but you’d be mad to sell at these levels, especially given what we know, and the obvious games being played here.
