last announcement said the rest of the 18.5kt would be shipped in July. We have already been paid 80% for this. next payment will be the balance of the payment for the shipment that left earlier this month (balance to be paid when shipment is delivered). as a guess, regular production with regular payment would start in August but I am sure plenty of bulls will say earlier.
