Seems like good buying at these levels, in terms of the placement, good to see the whole registrys been given a chance to participate (considering last time there were a few complaints as every one missed out and cornerstone increased holdings 3%)
I can also see the free oppies as a good incentive and beneficial for the company.. I'm assuming will trade above 11cemts in a year if management keep kicking goals)
