I am also hoping for $1.30 though have buy orders all the way down (many already filled today at $1.70, $1.60 and $1.50). I don't think it will necessarily reach there, but it MAY given the current downward momentum, especially if it gets dumped in Germany tonight. If it does I'll be there waiting.
Is this an attempt at manipulation from the Germans so they can get hold of more cheaper?
