All those times spruiking BASF in announcements, now radio silence after they chose not to renew a LOI that lapsed over 6 months ago. Its not rocket science.
LOI = get out of jail free card it seems. No need to face the music according to the ultrabulls due to LOI's being swept under the rug and never officially terminated.
