Bishop has already allocated shares in Bassaris name. Now Ian and Alex need to call an EGM for SH'S to vote to have shares tfrd into each individual SH name.

This is a costly exercise and with Bassari currently with no money, not sure how it will EVER happen. Dont think Bishop will pay these costs.

I spoke to Ian Riley the other day on the phone and he was so vague about it that I came to the conclusion that nothing will ever be done!
