    I only know that Bishop was planned to put out their IPO in the 4th Q this year.
    The idea is to get money, money they dont have. The IPO is all about fixing this.
    Gold in the ground, plant and equipment and good to go is an easy sell.
    I expect to see an update soon. Gold price well above what is was when the deal was done.
