Having to pay the Contingent Payment makes it easy to pay the Contingent Payment !
Contingent Payments come out of previous profits and if KAR didn’t have to pay any Contingent Payment based on the previous period, it would mean they were no longer rolling in it!! But Bauna is a cash machine gone wrong spewing out dollars making Contingent Payments look like a drop in the South Atlantic Ocean !!!
