The SP is already in the toilet due to the disclosure issues. The market isn’t buying what Michael is selling - they do not believe or trust him. Fact.

Also, I wasn’t advocating an EGM, sometimes the spectre of one is enough to solicit positive change. I got very close with another share I owned. Unfortunately as @Access2020 said there are many shareholders who are happy to support these initiatives behind closed doors but not out in the open which is why the management of many micro caps are accountable, it’s too early for instos who could drive such change.

I’ve raised this before but no-one bit. Every shareholder should be wondering why Washington Soul Patts bought a reasonable stake at $0.25 from Carl Hung in mid 2019 but have since left the register. They are a long only investor who are incredibly patient. Yet our only insto has left the building, and they are the ones who are likely to have better access to management than retail punters like ourselves. Maybe it’s unrelated to BCC (eg personnel changes at WSP) but it is a prima facie red flag that no-one else is talking about. Combined with the disclosure issues and dwindling share price, it’s only fair questions are asked.
