They have failed around the world to exclude themselves from liability claiming not to be publishers and liable for content.
When Andrew Forrest wins his criminal prosecution against Facebook there will be a line formed at every court room door by angry aggrieved litigants whose lives and wealth have been affected.
The consequences of this conviction could see all those who invested because of the fake adds using Andrew Forrest being entitled to Sue Facebook for damages as well.
Hot Copper and their related entities will need to wake up.
There is change coming and it will be like a tidal wave.
