Vcj the pattern of tax loss selling historically has not been suddenly reversed the moment its over for most oil stocks. As I said last week, Neon, last year, put on 50% over its June low during the month of July not on the first day.
As for a US listing I've held PSA at various times and could see no benefit accrue to them for the dual listing. Costs of meeting SEC requirements are very expensive and hard to justify for a foreign junior.
With any success at Vietnam or Indo its better they stay strategically placed for Asia in my opinion.
