So you reckon the small minority who have problems with their finances should dictate to the vast majority who find AfterPay very convenient indeed. Some people have problems with alcohol. Is alcohol banned?
Some people smoke tobacco? Do you reckon tobacco should be banned? Can you see where I am going with What about Harvey Norman's scheme to pay later? They make a mozza from that. And guess what,
"Unfortunately, Harvey Norman does not accept Afterpay financing."
No. AfterPay is upfront. It enables the customer to buy in a convenient manner for the price charged by the retailer. If some customers are somewhat financially inept, not the fault of business, the employers, the effect of too much alcohol, too many drugs or whatever else you may wish to blame.
