The difference between APT and a credit card company is that one want their customers to pay back on time and if you miss one payment , you will be banned lifetime while the other one want their customers to miss payment so they can charge you 20% interest rates and milk you lifetime.

here I was thinking ~25% of their income comes from late fees, which although capped can constitute 25% of the sale price...
