imo, Bell Potter are very well regarded in stock market analysis and broking circles
There reports always seems to be followed by strong buying or selling depending upon the recommendation.
IMO, I would wait for up to two weeks to pass so as to allow as many sellers out as possible.
There is no hurry as it is unlikely that the price will rise substantially over the next 2 weeks as there would be profit taking on any increases along the way.
I believe that 16c could be the bottom which could end up being a good buying opportunity.
