    "p.s. Billbu, as far as info is concerned I don't think we have any say in anything anymore but not 100% sure on this?

    As far as I know the sale will need to be approved through a vote by ex BEPPA holders. So whilst we do not have any control over sale/auction process, we can stop a sale from completing if we are not happy with the return.

    This is set out in the recapitalisation documentation (Oct/Nov 2009). I do not have enough time at the moment to check which document/page/para etc.
