Things do look to be gaining momentum at last. Clear Channel consider an advertiser at 4TS a case of "when" not "if", cash beginning to roll in from Turkey and a heads of agreement negotiated with DEFI.
Admin costs have been well contained, the costs listed under other i think would be associated with rent on 4TS. Lumacom pay no rent whatsoever for Turkey and look set for similar deals with DEFI. Hopefully this sparks some momentum.
