    is this a certainty? or a probability? or a likelihood? or a possibility?

    judging by the last time that we had someone lined up ie "Disney" and the total certainty of this deal going ahead- what confidence can one have on the company to deliver this time around?

    when will this be officially announced?

    have you been given any indication on timeframe?
