Jokes aside, I am very sure that SPL is recruiting volunteers in a professional manner. I thought that was rude asking peony-rose to "sign up" but I will let her choose how to respond.

As I stated before, I think no one here has any real solutions other than tasteless jokes. My partner would be very unimpressed with comments made here. Given the social pressure many women face with a whole range issues, this topic should not be trivialised. I seriously thought the start of this thread might have been a joke but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried to respond. I am still not sure the seriousness of this thread. I do know that there better people doing work that I am not qualified for, so I will not try criticised their "volunteer uptake rate".
