Smuggler, I just do not understand this thought process. I have just responded to Mydog very similarly. Under new ASX compliance and operational rules, how does a stockbroker, trader or investor wangle putting fake orders on the market marginally above market if indeed they are fake as you say.The shares must be real. The position in depth line must be real. The price at which these sellers wish to action is by all intense and purpose, real. So how can they be fake if for example, I came on the market at 3.50 with a 1.5 million buy order at market. In such a case, would I not take out some of these sellers. If I had a million shares and wanted to hold on to them, there is no way that I would risk losing them by putting them a couple of points above market.
I stand to be corrected of course but perhaps I am too conservative for my own good.
