It's no coincedence that the two Chinese restaraunts in question are cheaper and in turn busier than the one that isn't cash only.
And then there's the businesses in the street that never ever have customers. Ever. Yet they continue to stay open. Year on year. The question has to be asked.
I noticed when i spent time in Rome, Italy, there was a strip of Asian businesses that never ever had customers and a local told me these shops were owned by the Asian mafia and used as a smokescreen to look legitimate and stay in the country while they run illegal trade behind closed doors.
