last one: as i kept looking the other person jean baptiste bilala who is involved in the quantum africa deal, his company is suspected of using fraudulent credentials and or involved in fraud, government site to. that makes both the new people he is working with extreemely sketchy at best, criminals at worse and im not the one saying that, these articles are. really makes you wonder about this "scheme"
