Parma, I agree.
My broker has been putting me off going back into BGA because they're too expensive on fundamentals. He wants to see $4.00. But my logic is the same as yours. If the sector is so attractive that Saputo are willing to pay a huge price for WCB, then BGA must be attractive as the only remaining option.
On takeovers, there are shareholder restrictions still until 2016, but these can be overcome for a favoured bidder.
