Although it has had a consolidating run in the past week I would hardly call 1.46% up doing well today. Basically just dancing with the market.
Now if it was up say 3%, we can cheer.
Having said that quite a few are still way underwater with WPL, but much better where it is as opposed to $30.70 a couple of weeks ago.
Good luck to all, we deserve a change of fortune (price rises) with this one.
