The point of me saying "which war" or "war needs iron" does not mean war is coming or will happen any time soon.. merely the notion of war is required for big spending on iron ore. Increasing military capability, war ships, planes, tanks, subs, military bases, they all need iron. the idiot would be the one saying that the spike in iron ore prices over 2020-2021 compared to historical levels is going to cause a catastrophic crash. Businesses can run very profitable at lower iron ore prices. Scale back production, redundancies, source other buyers, etc.. this is nothing new in business, happens in all sectors.
