Most of the BHP board and upper management are white Caucasian. So what is your point? Are they actively discriminating against their own kind by listening to fund managers and super fund members who are mostly white and Caucasian.
just check what is happening to AGL and ORG share prices. I prefer management to be proactive than reactive.
