I don't think there is much intensity required for hosting a video with client edit functionality for that 12months period. As I said before my guess is that most of the cost of that annual subscription would be the initial production of the video as a film crew needs to be employed to physically shoot the video. So not much financial liability on the part of BIG to service that client for the 12(or 24) months.
