The court process is underway and with a bit of luck will produce good news for VKA as based on the facts it appears a case that even Blind Freddy should be able to win.
Shareholders have been promised a new project now for a long time. VKA is now the cheapest (or very close to) shell play on the ASX with a tiny EV and actually has $1.7m to spend on a new project. For this reason and the court process I continue to hold and top up.
MQR took time and looks to have secured a decent gold project, now its time for VKA management to deliver or I suspect shareholders will start to explore other options.
