Just to be clear Antibotter you believe that if MDS end up contributing 100 mill in total via more tranches for example that SPL is free carried all the way through?
Do you believe that A38 mill is enough to get it to a sale stage ?

You can quote CM all you like but there is a reality out there. She may have dumbed it down and limited her answer to the base level of a SPL retail shareholder in the dream of 38 mill covering 4 years costs and development but in the big real world I will be surprised if they are free carried perpetually.
Look and to be blunt if VC has signed a free carry at 22.5%in perpertuity then I guarantee you ( since SPL has no access or choice) that the current VC vehicle will be pushed into another VC structure and that 22.5% won't be for extra funduing etc. There is 100 ways a VC can structure this later and take your baby!! You say you have dealt with VC before so you must have some idea with your failed ones and how some success was eroded on good ones. that is the game
