I like how Starpharma after having been schooled by the TGA, the MHRA , the FDA and Mundipharma and after not being able to negotiate a deal for internal DEP drugs for years, or sign a new partner for VivaGel for Europe, suddenly think they can swim with the sharks in ruthless venture capital land.
