My take on it was that she was implying that CSL had fairly high PEs, wasn’t really going anywhere (either significantly up or down) for the foreseeable future, and was a good stock that was going to trade in a fairly narrow range, that was good for the. to borrow against to put on more quickly rising (or more speccy) stocks.
