Interesting ..... disclosure of deals and agreements has been one of my ongoing complaints. They say that "Rule 3.1 states that confidentiality agreements do not remove the obligation for companies to disclose material information to the market". Has it changed since September last year ... not a lot I would say! Having received this EU on 4 July one would hope that TZ will be more forthcoming with any future disclosures. Another reason to exit the ASX perhaps??
