What are the Directors thinking when they put a rights issue in place to raise some money to pay down the debt, they knew they were generating, but the rights issue is at a 25% discount to the current market price. Surely they understood that the shares would head only in one direction and eventually match the issue price of the new rights.
What am i missing?
