Just be very cautious about any numbers from any product unless you understand them such as Viraleze that are done in a petrie dish or animal study as opposed to in full trial in a human. Real world can be very different to a lab.

As for a "plume" there is plenty of studies regarding spray pattern , volume and droplet size showing coverage in nose and throat in humans of different age etc assuming proper application.

AS shown by the FRE results it is about study design and comparison chemical / product where distilled water or saline as a plume may actually show change in nose depending on what and how you are measuring.

SPL has a completed viraleze study due to be reported from UK at the minute so it will be interesting what data they publish and odd that it seems to have been overdue when there are not many participants data to compile.
