Dark equity is a buy signal. But clearly an open bid isn't in quite the same way. It might be the case that the party is the same one, and indeed this is quite likely given the different working of the CSPA and the normal market. So you might reasonably assume that the buy side will have some dark equity behind it tomorrow.
