Who's complaining? I topped up at 2c but wouldn't say no to more now, given the BLM approval. Take you point on dilution not necessary now with $19M tucked away, didn't check that.
Also be happy for them to find alternative funding, and be delighted when 10c comes about. But would prefer to buy more now at 2.2c than at 10c.
