    what you posted is absolutely correct (i just verified it) and is worth repeating.

    "If the revenue for aqsiq is earned in the FY09 year it will be included in FY09 regardless whether the payment was received prior to June 30 or not. If the payment was received it would be included as cash at bank and if it wasn't received it would be included as debtors".
