once we have either or both of the following 2 thing happen - the share price will quickly head to a $1

1. The NPAT guidance for 2009 of $48 mill is confirmed

and/or

2. the $15 mill AQSIQ payments that were expected to be received were received (even if it's a month or so late and a half late and falls outside of the FY09 reporting season and we end up with a NPAT09 of $33mill - will be of no consequence in my opinion as it'll just mean that over FY2010 we can add that$15 mill to the FY2010 NPAT result - which will make the FY2010 result even sweeter).

Not worried either way.
