Cobalt will hit 120k USD a tonne this year. There is potentially 200 Million iphones that need batteries to be changed out. On top of that the European diesel subsidies are being challenged amid the 70k deaths a year from diesel NOx emissions. Only hold out is USA but stronger emissions laws by California should help that situation. The next 3 years will see adoption of electric cars scale up from a few hundred thousand to at least a million or two million a year.
