Completely agree re the BANKS etf and higher margins with higher interest rates. Employment figures are still good and so this should translate to inflation without stagflation and is generally good for banks in the past. I did buy some other individual financial stocks(Lloyds, Santander and Standard Chartered) in the same timeframe as you. Lloyds does look undervalued and I'm keen to look up Paul Moore's comments to validate my thoughts. The trouble with buying international stocks is the currency problem. Since I purchased, all gains are smashed by currency change, though, this is a long-term yield position for me unless unemployment rises. Thanks for the tip re Paul Moore's commentary.
