Ok you get a pension, part A & B family payments, concessions etc, possible over 50k in the hand a year, so what is that worth as a taxpayer 75K And maybe you earn a little extra as well within the limits who knows, does your younger wife work a little as well.
Everyone's situation is different and people work to what laws apply to them at the time as you may do as well, so what makes your situation different to someone getting franking credits in the overall scheme of things.
