He has posted here about weather cycles specifically a 74 year cycle.
Motivated me to look at our long term records.
The BOM has forecast 25 to 50 mm rain for us on Wednesday.
If we get that I will eat my hat (the old one as it's been bashed so much it'll be easier chewing)
Seriously, I can't see where this moisture is going to come from.
