    he's putting SE at zero to achieve the Macquarie valuation only - not because he believes SE is a write-off.

    BOTH SE2 & 3 have failed due to water. To me, this possibly leans towards the same "human error" not a geological problem being at the heart of this - long shot I acknowledge.
