Yes well if you heard through the 'grapevine' that AV was just about to go into trading halt regarding a capital raising I seriously doubt you would have rushed to buy 60k worth of shares, pretty much all on the offer side unless your ears picked up something positive about that announcement...
Munkton knows that the value of the resource/work completed is far above 14m (6c) and would wouldn't be issuing off shares at that crazy price despite the market having 'failed' it's secondary purpose for reasonable price discovery (illiquid markets don't function properly as markets at all).
Hopefully cooler heads will have prevailed this time.
