    1. Its near the customers. Other gas plays are further from customers and thus more polluting. The saving carbon in transport will be enormous. , this would reduce green house gases rather then increase them to the degree of other projects they have okayed. What are they thinking?

    2. Green transition can't happen over night and it will take decades. I have read that even if we get 10% EVs, the grid will have trouble supplying all the electricity. We have to limit solar installations right now on the power grid because of back feeds and over voltage. So the billions of dollars of gas infrastructures is going to be abandoned to high prices?

    3. On top of the carbon capture, maybe able to reduce green house gases. Sure this has not been tried everywhere but it does work and has been done overseas successfully.

    4. High energy prices will be a drag on the economy and hit the hip pocket of the most vulnerable. The Greens are wrong or do they even care about people most affected by high energy prices? Seems like the Greens love to pontificate then abandon the people they claim to care about.

    5. This will create jobs, good paying jobs near existing infrastructure.

    6. The investment in time and energy to get this project going is now wasted. Why approve it in the first place? How can you take the federal government serious? Damage open for business credentials. Open for d++kheads.

    7. The heating of the planet is a done deal, this whole game of doing something is just for posterity and the green washing is self evident. If they were even half serious it has to be nuclear. Else you are just dreaming. NO I don't hold any uranium but we saw wind power fail in Uk/ Germany this year and northern winds failed to materialize to the degree they forecasted. Yes. the wind in the North Sea has stopped blowing for whatever reasons. Yes it could be climate change but it happened back in the day of sailing.

    What are they thinking?
