Last time in 2020, when the application reached this stage, the Joint Authority returned the application to the NOPTA/applicant for further information required status. If they do this, that is a big red flag, because in the court documents, they basically said they returned it because they wanted more information on financials etc... (later rejecting the application because of financials amongst other things)

Also if the Joint Authority takes longer than 01/11/2023, I also consider that to be a red flag as the Government might be seeking legal advice (which is also what happened previously according to the court documents).

Soo.. if we don't get a decision within 2 weeks it will probably look bearish until Skypunter gets the Freedom of information request (then it will probably turn bullish once we find out what it says [or likely says]).

My upside today and tomorrow is the way Breeze has been so quiet since the move to the JA, he has a draw full of goodies to release in announcements atm, in regard to Pep11 status and plans tenders etc called moving forward to drill, what’s the bet he pops a couple of big ones over the next week they are Due $$$$

And of course Barm huge news now due in that department, takeovers possible, sell the share of Barm to Phillips anything is possible with that one atm as well now we have FDA approval.

Amazing ST potential here FFM, and good to see all back discussing ST possibilities and possible intriguing outcomes potentially in the ST $$$$&
