No doubt the outcome and reason given and lack of any action will infuriate us all.
My optimistic half says, surely the decision around pep11 should be reflective of it meeting all requirements set out and approved to move ahead.
My pessimistic half says, nothing will be done or changed and all that will be said is, sorry made a mistake oops. Not not being overturned because of some weak as piss excuse.
