for BPT to earn their 40% of the JV, they MUST have Commercial Gas Flow at Halifax-1 !
that is just one of the conditions of the JV of ICN and BPT.
Who drilled Moomba-191 then ? as the main operator ? Santos, thats who.
this company's JV had the first successful horizontal well with Commercial Gas flow and were actually the Australian leaders in Fraccing of shale Gas.
Moomba 191 well is at the other flank end of the Nappamerri trough.
There are quite a few drillers now days. DYOR.
