BNW you make claims which can not be proven and want to blame everyone bar the previous management.
The ASX did not Query them, they suspended them as per listing rule 12.2
Read the announcement, the board was forced to agree with the same rule and could not satisfy the ASX or themselves that the companies financial condition warranted the continued quotation of it's securities and it's continued listing
the ASX which is why the administrators were called in.
You should stop making false statements without any evidence.
Where can the documented references be found as there is nothing from the administrators confirming such things.
How about being upfront and state facts instead of your undocumented fairy Tales.
Look at the Administrators reports and see the amounts owed even without the Cardesian deals. The company was not going to be able to even clear their debts even in Brazil. and be able to keep going.
Face the facts the company was in breach of the listing rules and had most likely been trading whilst insolvent right through the previous 12 months as they never had enough money to even cover their daily running costs.
In the June 2018 half yearly which was signed off by the auditors on 13/9/2018 they also stated om page 39.
"We draw attention to Note 1 in the condensed consolidated interim financial report, which indicates that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern"
There was more than the single reference in the above half yearly report saying the above. This was well before MOK and Byass.
The company was continually being devalued by dilution through out the previous 12 months and right up to MOK being appointed
Gray and the previous board have a lot more to answer for than what MOK and Byass had in their short time.
You make many claims against others but you can not provide any evidence to even attempt to back up such claims
