Yes have made bread by hand for many years and have got lazy and bought a breadmaker
You can either let the machine do it all by itself or you can get it to do the mixing and then do the final proving and bake it in the oven
Doing by hand = best bread
Mixing, then putting it in the oven = 2nd best
All in the BM is convenient, quick and far better than the squashed wettex stuff they sell in WWorths etc
