Check out the 4C which was announced at the same time, this gives you guidance on their CF position.
They burned 1.4m cash in the qtr & only 2.5m left... So a CR is now firmly on the cards
This delay is going to massively hurt the SP, so maybe they initiate the CR tomorrow. Would explain releasing this news in the Auction so there is no "trade on this news"
